Our minimum order for deliveries is £100 + VAT.

Sunday and Bank Holiday delivery or collection charges prices on asking


Customers can collect from our premises by prior appointment. Small orders can be collected in cars.  A £10 charge is made for customers who collect and return their orders from us

Hire equipment cannot be collected in pick-up trucks or open backed vehicles.

Collection times are Monday – Thursday from 9am to 3pm.

Weekend orders should be returned by 12pm on Monday

Weekend returns should be made on Monday.

Cleaning Service

Wash-up Service 25% of the total invoice cost (with a minimum of £10).

Any trace of food necessitates our cleaning, sterilisation & shrink wrapping service.

Customers would normally not have the resources to comply with our level of hygiene.


Orders that are cancelled 2 months prior to delivery are subject to cancellation charges

2 Months – 25%
1 Month – 50%
7 days – 75%


It is the responsibility of the Hirer to insure the hired equipment for the full replacement value. In the event of loss or damage the replacement cost is due within 7 days of the hire delivery.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is charged on all invoices:

A deposit of 50% of the net cost of your order is required with a minimum of £100

The refundable deposit will be repaid up to 7 days after the hired items have been returned.

Any breakages/losses will be charged in full and deducted from the security deposit.  We will refund you for any missing items that are returned within 7 days of your event


Orders are not secured until your invoice is paid in full

Payment for hire can be either credit/debit card or by bank transfer.

All prices subject to VAT at the current rate.

Minimum Order

There is a minimum order for glassware of 1 Box (eg 20 flutes would be 35). Please ask for boxed quantities

Order Alterations

Any reductions to a order will be accepted up to 2 weeks before the event, after this no reductions will be accepted and the full invoice must be paid.

Increases to orders will be accepted up to 7 days before the event and a separate invoice will be sent for immediate payment. We cannot guarantee that the stock will be available. Acceptance of our goods is confirmation of acceptance of our terms and conditions

All glasses must be emptied of any liquid and food must be scraped off plates



None of the furniture should be stored outside when not in use, it should be stored under cover.  Please note that the chairs are not suitable to go on grass


Extension Leads

Extension leads should not be used on our electrical equipment as it loses some of the power needed


Missing Items

It is the responsibility of customers to return any missing items once we have collected your order
